The ClearData AI QuickBooks Connector ("the software") is provided by ClearData AI LLC free of charge to the people it is shared with, for use with QuickBooks Online companies they are authorised to access.
You may install and use the software for your own bookkeeping and for clients whose books you are authorised to keep. You may not resell it.
The software proposes changes to your accounting records; you decide whether to make them. You are responsible for reviewing each change, for the accuracy of your books, and for your use of Claude and of QuickBooks under their own terms. Nothing the software or Claude produces is tax, legal or accounting advice.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ClearData AI LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including errors in accounting records.
You may stop at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks or in ClearDataQBO and deleting the program.
