Where it runs

The ClearData AI QuickBooks Connector runs entirely on your own computer. ClearData AI LLC operates no server for it and receives none of your QuickBooks data, sign-in details or activity.

What it reads

With your permission (given on Intuit's sign-in page), it reads and, when you confirm a change, writes records in the QuickBooks Online company you connect.

Where your data goes

• Your computer: sign-in tokens and the app's credentials, encrypted with a key held by your operating system; an activity log of what the connector did.
• Your team's shared folder (only if you set one up): team rules, activity logs and approval requests, in storage you control (e.g. OneDrive or Dropbox).
• Claude: QuickBooks information you ask about is passed to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, in your own Claude account, and is handled under your agreement with Anthropic.

What it never does

It does not sell, share or advertise with your data, and it does not send it to ClearData AI LLC or any other party besides those listed above.

Your control

Disconnect at any time in QuickBooks (Settings > Apps) or in ClearDataQBO, which revokes the connection. Deleting the program and its folder removes everything stored on your computer.
